About Us
The Team
Cascade Marine Service, LLC has been in business since April of 2011 and define our success by achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. I asked one of our customer's that has been in business for a very long time how do we make our business last. He said, "you cannot control somethings like the economy, but you can control making the business strong by standing on both sides of the counter". Very simple piece of advice.....treat the customer's like you would want to be treated. That is our goal and really was the concept when we started the business.
Please meet our team below. We look forward to working with you!

My name is Tim Caudill and this is hopefully the beginning of a journey that builds long term relationships with our customers and vendors. For those of you that know me from the Olympic View Marine days (same location) or from my time at Three Rivers Marine in Woodinville, I have a tendency to turn customer relations into friendships. I am looking forward to meeting new customers that become friends and renewing old friendships from the past.
Quick Bio: I am a local boy for the most part. Graduated from Cascade High School in 1983 and went to work for a door and millwork company as a summer job. That summer job lasted 19 years until in 2002 the company had to shut the doors. At that time I was an IT guy without certifications in a flooded market. I went to work for Olympic View Marine to pay the bills. Nine years later and it is time to start a new chapter in my life as a business owner and a marine mechanic. We have all had to make choices in our lives, time will only tell if it was one of those poor choices we look back at and question or a good decision that we wonder why we did not do sooner!
On a lighter side of life, I enjoy fishing, racquetball, watching auto racing and spending time with family and friends.
On the heavy side of life, I had brain surgery at the end of 2014 to remove a tumor. The 9 hour surgery did not go as planned and I have some side affects I get to deal with the rest of my life. People that do not know me, I tell them that I occassionally walk like I have had a little to much to drink.......my balance was affected and my tracking is a little slow, but still very slowly improving. I joke that I had brain surgery and that was the only thing that was not messed up!

He has been involved in the industry for over 25 years with outboard engine rebuilds being his specialty. He was the machinist that bored, sleeved, ported and rebuilt the powerheads at the shop that he just left.
